Our delivery cost is based on the size and weight of the individual items, we think this is the fairest way rather than a flat rate. To find out how much the item will cost to deliver please check your basket.

Typical UK delivery costs £6.99, but lighter items are much cheaper.

 

DELIVERY IS FREE TO THE UK FOR ORDERS OVER £100.00

We also work out delivery costs based on the size and weight for items ordered outside the UK. Again you will need to use the checkout to find out the exact costs.

We aim to send all orders out within 2 working days of payment clearing, and all items will be sent tracked, next day delivery.

For overseas orders it may take up to 14 days to receive your order, but it will be trackable.

We aim to only send you the best quality products. Please note though that because they are all handmade there will be some variation in their pattern and colouring, and the items you receive may look a bit different to how they look on the website. We celebrate the fact that this means your product is completely unique. 

We are more than happy to refund you for faulty goods and happy to exchange goods within 14 days. We regret that return postage for goods undamaged or exchanged will be extra cost. Please email sales@imagepluscountry.com as soon as possible to let us know you will be returning an item, please make sure you enclose a copy of your order.
